I do like a little philosophy in my fanfictions. You manage to get a pretty deep topic on paper in a way that isn't too complex to follow.

I also think that you capture their personalities very well!! You capture his pride and her less carefree nature well.

I personally think it wouldn't hurt to describe the two of them a bit as the story goes so that the story doesn't seem quite so dialogue/reaction heavy. Maybe just a snippit here and there about anything really- how Grovyle is standing, Celebi's eyes...really anything to help make the story as appealing to the reader's eyes as it is to their mind. Showing their emotions rather than saying them can be very powerful.
