Hello! It's time for our awesome participants to check in. Please check your e-mail, as a link was sent to you there.

If you didn't get the e-mail, please contact us ASAP at pokeprompts@gmail.com with your AO3 username so we can get that link to you.

If you don't fill out the form within 48 hours -- by Dec. 7, 2019 -- then we'll assume you're defaulting and call in a pinch hitter.

What's the Check-In?
Halfway through the creation period the mod will ask everyone to fill out a quick form that asks how your gift is going, whether you need an extension, etc. It takes two seconds to fill out. If you don't submit a response to the form by 48 hours, though, you'll be assumed to be dropping from the exchange and a pinch hitter will be called in. This might also impact your ability to get a gift yourself! Therefore, please keep an eye out for the check in notice - an announcement will appear on our twitter/DW, and you should also receive an e-mail reminder at that time.
